1. Return Window

At Domelysia Furnishings Inc., we stand behind the quality of our office solutions. You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Resalable Condition: The item must be unused, free of scratches or stains, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Complete Parts: All manuals, hardware kits, and promotional gifts must be included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized/Bespoke Orders: Items made to specific customer requirements (size, fabric, or finish).
  • Assembled Products: Items that have been fully or partially assembled (unless a manufacturing defect is present).
  • Final Sale/Clearance Items.

4. Fees & Charges

  • Manufacturing Defects: Domelysia will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund.
  • Change of Mind: For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15-20% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and inspection.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@domelysiafurnishings.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment.
